Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us on the day of delivery.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. While refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered, a courtesy discount toward a future purchase may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
